It is proposed to take Nos. 4, 1, 2, 3 and 5 on the Order Paper and it is proposed to interrupt business at 7.30 p.m. to take No. 5 if it has not already been reached, and then to resume the Order of Business. The Committee on Procedure and Privileges will be considering the question of motions and the formulation of a scheme to deal fairly with all Senators in relation to motions at their meeting this evening. I hope a scheme which will be suitable all round will emerge.
