It is proposed to take Nos. 2 and 1 in that order. Normally we would suggest taking No. 1 first, but I understand that the First Stage of this Bill was introduced in the Dáil and it is desired to have it discharged there and to introduce it in the Seanad. Senators will remember that last week we had a discussion on this matter and it was agreed that we would try to have more business introduced in the Seanad. It is hoped to do that, but obviously it is desirable to have this Bill discharged in the Dáil first.
As regards No. 2, I should like to mention that the Minister obviously has a commitment in the other House at Question Time. The Minister wishes to hear as many speakers as possible before replying. Therefore, he would like to reply as soon as possible after 2 o'clock, if not before.
