Before we resume the debate on the Broadcasting Authority Bill, I should like by agreement of the House to seek the necessary authority to lay before the House and to print a report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in relation to Standing Orders. I accordingly move:
That the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges dated 12th March, 1975 be laid before the Seanad and that the report be printed.
