I move:
"That, pursuant to subsection 2º of section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, Seanad Éireann concur with the Government in a request to the President to sign the Restrictive Practices (Confirmation of Order) Bill, 1975, on a date which is earlier than the fifth day after the date on which the Bill shall have been presented to him."
This is the earlier signature motion which is required because the previous order expires on Friday next, the 18th instant. If the full five days were allowed the coming into operation of a new order would follow after a gap from the expiration of the existing order.
