It is proposed to take Nos. 1,2,3 and 4 and to break for lunch between 1 p.m. and 2.15 p.m. We are in this difficulty in regard to No. 2, that the Minister wishes to board a plane at 6.10 p.m. Perhaps we might agree to let him in not later than 4.30 p.m., which should allow him ample time for discussion. If the discussion finished he might get in earlier than that.
