I wish to inform the House that the following persons have been selected as representatives and substitutes from Ireland to the 28th Ordinary Session of the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe which will be opened in Strasbourg on 3rd May, 1976. Representatives: Deputy Edward Collins, Deputy Barry Desmond, Deputy Pádraig Faulkner, Senator William Ryan. Substitutes: Deputy Flor Crowley, Deputy Henry P. Dockrell, Deputy Desmond Governey, Senator Mark Killilea.
