Leave granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to give effect to certain amendments of the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution of the Sea by Oil, 1954, and for that and other purposes to amend and extend the Oil Pollution of the Sea Acts, 1956 and 1965.
