On the Order of Business on which the first item is the fixing of the date for the election of the Leas-Chathaoirleach, I should like to ask the Leader of the House what approach he intends to adopt towards the full use of this House, in particular for discussing matters of significant concern by debating substantial motions. This would normally arise on the Order of Business when it was being fixed and it is never too soon——
