An Cathaoirleach

Dáil Éireann has passed the following Resolution in which the concurrence of Seanad Éireann is desired:—

That it is expedient that the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Bill, 1976, which has lapsed and which before lapsing stood referred to the Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills be revived and proceeded with at that stage.

I move:

That Seanad Éireann concurs with Dáil Éireann in its Resolution communicated to Seanad Éireann on 12th day of October, 1977, that it is expedient that the Social Welfare (Consolidation) Bill, 1976, which has lapsed and which before lapsing stood referred to the Standing Joint Committee on Consolidation Bills be revived and proceeded with at that stage.

Question put and agreed to.
