I should like by agreement of the House to seek the necessary authority to lay before the House a report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in relation to Standing Orders. I move accordingly:
That the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges, dated 30th November, 1977, be laid before the Seanad and that the Report be printed.
