I have notice from Senator Mary Robinson that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House this evening, she proposes to raise the following matter:
The fact that the Minister for Social Welfare has not yet made regulations providing for the determination of appeals as referred to in section 7 of the Social Welfare (Supplementary Welfare Allowances) Act, 1975.
I regard the matter as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken from 8 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. or earlier if the business ordered is concluded.
