I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the proceedings on the Finance Bill, 1980, and on the motion of concurrence with the earlier signature of the Bill by the President, if not previously concluded, shall be brought to a conclusion at 8 p.m. today by the putting from the Chair forthwith and successively of the Questions necessary to bring them to a conclusion; and that the Question to be put from the Chair to bring the proceedings on the Bill to a conclusion shall be (as the case may require) "That Committee Stage is hereby completed and the Bill is reported to the House and Report Stage is hereby completed and the Bill be returned to the Dáil".
