It is now 4.45. We said we would take Motion No. 14 at 5 o'clock. As there is no matter to be raised on the Adjournment we could have ordered that motion at 5.30. The House might like to agree, rather than devoting a quarter of an hour to the next Bill, to devote three-quarters of an hour in order to get the Bill well launched and then to take the motion at 5.30, still allowing three hours for the debate.
