I have notice from Senator Brendan Ryan that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The delay in ensuring that the South-Eastern Health Board restores "institutional assistance" for the homeless in Carlow, as it is required to do under the 1953 Health Act, S. 54.
I regard the matter as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken from 8 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. or earlier if the business ordered is concluded.
