It is proposed to take item No. 1 and to have a sos between 5.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. For the information of Senators, I would like to let them know that it is proposed to sit tomorrow and continue with the Second Stage of the Criminal Justice Bill and to take the resumed motion on the New Ireland Forum for the last hour-and-a-half of business tomorrow.

I ask the Minister for Communications, Deputy Mitchell, to issue a statement explaining why he is allowing An Post to take the national colours off our telephone kiosks and put on the blue and white colours that we see at the moment.
It has nothing to do with the Order of Business.
