I move:
That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to repeal the Vagrancy (Ireland) Act, 1847 and certain provisions of the Vagrancy Act, 1824.
This simply arises from some advice I received in regard to item No. 2. Therefore, I wish to move the First Stage of this Bill.
