Broadcasting and Wireless Telegraphy Bill, 1985: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to prohibit broadcasting in the State save under and in accordance with a licence issued by the Minister for Communications and to amend and extend the Wireless Telegraphy Acts, 1926 to 1972, and section 7 of the Broadcasting (Offences) Act, 1968.
