It is proposed to order items Nos. 1, 2 and 3. The proposition is that Nos. 1 and 2 will be debated together with, of course, a separate decision on No. 2 if required. It is proposed, since it is anticipated that Nos. 1 and 2 will occupy most of the day, that we should suspend the sitting from 12.30 p.m. until 2 p.m. I would propose that No. 3 be not taken unless Nos. 1 and 2 have been disposed of before 4 p.m.
