Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Jim Higgins that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The administration of the Prescribed Relatives Allowance Scheme with particular reference to the failure to make payment to applicants whose prescribed relatives are living with them on small farms.

I regard the matter as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken from 8 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. or earlier if the business ordered is concluded . .
