It is proposed to suspend the sitting from 5.30 to 6.30 p.m. As was indicated in the Order of Business, the other question to be decided was whether we would take the Private Members' motion. The movers of the Private Members' motion indicate that they would prefer ample time to be made available for all Senators who wish to contribute to this debate, since the Second Stage must be completed tonight. Accordingly, it is proposed to return to this debate at 6.30 p.m.
