It was proposed that as soon as we had finished the Second Stage of the IDA Bill we would go on to try to complete the Health (Amendment) Bill. I propose to try to do that between now and the adjournment time of 8.30 p.m.
I think it is a waste of time for ten minutes. I do not think it is going to be concluded as I personally think taking if for ten minutes is a waste of time.
