I wish to propose a vote of sympathy to the wife and young family of the late Deputy Cathal Coughlan and to his father, sisters and brother. Cathal Coughlan played a very good role as a public representative and was deeply regarded by everybody both in this House and in the other House. I think it would be appropriate if the House passed a vote of sympathy to his wife and family.
