Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Jim Higgins that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Communications to allow special permission for Blue Army Charter Pilgrim flights enroute from Lisbon to fly direct from Horan International Airport to the United States without the obligation of touch down at Shannon.

He is not serious.

I regard the matter as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
