I thank the House for the speedy processing of this legislation. I did not have any need whatsoever to introduce any amendments, nor did I receive any amendments from any Members of Seanad Éireann. I went very carefully through the contributions made by the Members of this House who spoke during the Second Stage debate and noted any particular points that needed answering. Any points that were raised during the course of the Bill I dealt with at the end of the Second Stage. There was no need for me to consider any amendments in regard to what was said. I thank the Members for helping me get this very technical legislation under way.
