I understand that the Leas-Chathaoirleach has to leave the House from 2.45 p.m. today. I, accordingly, move that Senator Martin J. O'Toole be appointed as Cathaoirleach in the absence of the Leas-Chathaoirleach and the Cathaoirleach.
