The need for the Minister for Education to examine the serious consequences that her proposed change in the pupil-teacher ration will have on the pupils and staff of Tullow Community School, County Carlow.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Doyle, Hogan, Reynolds, Connor and Bulbulia as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Doyle's motion and it will be taken from 8 p.m. to 8.30 p.m., or earlier if the business ordered is concluded.
