I have also received notice from Senator Katharine Bulbulia of the following matter:
In view of the several changes in the international patent scene, the need for the Minister for Industry and Commerce to indicate how this will affect the workings of the Patents Office.
I also received notice from Senator Shane Ross of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Industry and Commerce to block the bid for Irish Distillers.
I regard the matters raised by Senators Murphy, Hogan, Bulbulia and Ross as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment.
