Seanad Éireann debate -
Wednesday, 27 Jun 1990

Vol. 125 No. 12

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Mary Jackman that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, she proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to confer official sanction on Kilfinan Education Centre, County Limerick.

I also received notice from Senator Paddy McGowan of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Marine to review the structures of the Foyle Fisheries Commission.

Tá fógra agam ón Seanadóir Pól Ó Foighil:

Le fiafraí den Aire Oideachais cén fáth nár fograíodh fós cead le haghaidh deisucháin agus méadú do Ghairm Scoil Colm Cille, Indreabhán, Contae na Gaillimhe a chur i gcrích mar a gealladh agus cén uair atá an tAire sásta an obair seo a cheadú.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Jackman, McGowan and Ó Foighil as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matter raised by Senator Jackman and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators McGowan and Ó Foighil may give notice on another day of the matters they wish to raise.
