A Chathaoirligh, on a point of order, could you at some stage today, explain to the House the procedures involved in item No. 1 on the Order Paper? There is some confusion among Members. We do not want to let something go through if not properly considered. If you could explain to the House before the end of the day what procedures are involved in item No. 1 I would be grateful.
