I have notice from Senator Maurice Manning that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The failure of the Government to honour a specific commitment made to the former workers of Irish Shipping.
I regret that I have to rule the matter raised by Senator Manning as not suitable for discussion as it is sub judice.
