Seanad Éireann debate -
Thursday, 21 Mar 1991

Vol. 128 No. 5

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Raftery that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment to take steps to remove dead and dangerous trees in public places, particularly those along the roadside

I also received notice from Senator Neville of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to fulfil her commitment to construct a second level school at Rathkeale, County Limerick.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Raftery and Neville as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Raftery's matter and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Neville may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
