For the information of the House, copies of the Milk (Regulation of Supply) (No. 2) Bill, 1991, circulated to Senators over the weekend contained a printing error entailing the complete misprinting of paragraph 18(1)(d) on page 13. The Bill was reprinted in its correct form and recirculated to Senators with an explanatory note on Monday night. The paragraph in question, line 44 on page 13, should read: "(d) the cancellation of an entry in any register under section 12(3)". Any confusion caused to Senators is regretted.

Bill entitled an Act to make provision for the establishment of a National Milk Agency to regulate the supply of milk for liquid consumption throughout the State and to provide for the dissolution of the Dublin and Cork District Milk Boards and for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid.
