We have a parliamentary delegation from Finland in the Visitor's Gallery. They are Members of the Constitution Committee of the Parliament who are meeting with the Oireachtas Joint Committee of the Secondary Legislation of the European Community today. I welcome them and wish them an enjoyable stay in Dublin.
