I have notice from Senator Hussey that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment to indicate the up to date position regarding the Williamstown sewerage scheme, County Galway.
I also received notice from Senator Cosgrave of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice to make a statement to allay public concern regarding the administration of justice and the present procedures being adopted.
I regard the matter raised by Senator Hussey as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
I regret I have had to rule the matter raised by Senator Cosgrave as not suitable for discussion on the Adjournment as it relates to a matter that is sub judice.
