I have notice from Senator Upton that on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture and Food to outline the measures he is taking to deal with the recent problem caused by the toxic effect of cucumbers; the action he is taking to protect consumers; and the initiatives he is taking to deal with the difficulties this discovery has caused the Irish producers of cucumbers.
I regard the matter raised by Senator Upton as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
