I have notice from Senator Mooney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment to provide a special £1 million grant from the national lottery to restore library bookstocks which have been severely depleted in recent years.
I also received notice from Senator O'Sullivan of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment to give approval for the contract for a new reservoir and water tower at Castletroy, County Limerick.
I regard the matters raised by Senators Mooney and O'Sullivan as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
