I move:
That Seanad Éireann concur with the request of the Dáil to make a further amendment to the Matrimonial Home Bill, 1993, by the addition to section 7 (2) (c) of "and, in relation to persons contemplating marriage, ‘spouse' and ‘other spouse' include whichever of those persons is appropriate in the context"; and, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the amendment shall be taken in Committee.
