I have notice from Senator Dick Roche that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Enterprise and Employment to examine the possibility of appointing either an examiner or an inspector to investigate the affairs of the companies involved in Clonmannon Retirement Village, Ashford, County Wicklow and to ensure that the asset base of the property company involved in Clonmannon be protected in the interests of the residents.
I regard the matter raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
