As indicated by the Leader, I have been requested by the Taoiseach to summon a meeting of the Seanad for 5.30 p.m. today to take statements on the announcement by the IRA of a complete cessation of military operations and I will be very pleased to make the necessary arrangements to summon the Seanad accordingly.
