Vol. 144 No. 9

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Fahey that on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment to outline the extent of traffic delays on the Kingston Road; if he is aware of the development of 2,200 new homes in the Knocknacarragh area which urgently require proper access to Galway city; and if he will make an allocation of £4 million, the estimated cost on a phased basis over the next three years.

I regard the matter raised by Senator Fahey as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
