On the Order of Business it was agreed that there would be a sos at 1 o'clock. As we are making good progress I do not think we should have an artificial shut down, as it were. If this item needs to be continued after 1 o'clock I hope I will have the agreement of the House to conclude it. Item 3 was meant to be taken before 1 o'clock. That is now postponed until the afternoon and I will have discussions with Senators Rory Kiely and Dardis about arranging a time later in the afternoon to discuss it.
