I have notice from Senator Mooney that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
To ask the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht if he will clarify the conflicting opinions expressed in relation to changes in section 35 of the Finance Act, 1996, and if he agrees that recent public comments are creating confusion among potential investors and film production companies.
I regard the matter raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
