I move:
That Seanad Éireann approves the following Order in draft:
The Health Act, 1970, (Section 76) (Adelaide and Meath Hospital, Dublin, Incorporating the National Children's Hospital) Order, 1996.
a copy of which Order in draft form was laid before Seanad Éireann on 25 June, 1996.
I thank the Minister of State for the speedy passage of the Bill and the Senators who enabled that to happen. I also thank the Minister, Deputy Noonan, and the other Ministers for Health who were involved with this legislation. I also thank the Attorney General and his office who played an important part in the Bill.
