I wish to clarify the Order of Business. I said there would be a flexibility about this debate and I have since consulted with the other Whips. If the House agrees, this debate will not conclude today but will be concluded next Wednesday between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
I also wish to confirm that there will be half an hour devoted to statements on Bloody Sunday between 4 p.m. and 4.30 p.m.
