I have received notice from Senator Connor that, on the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Public Enterprise to make a statement on the derailment at the weekend on the Athlone-Westport railway line near Roscommon.
I have also received notice from Senator Finneran of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture and Food to address the structures and operation of small abattoirs.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they will be taken at the conclusion of business.
