I have received notice from Senator Mooney that, on the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform to introduce an amendment to section 1 of the Video Recordings Act, 1989, which will remove video games from the list of exempted videos required to seek classification from the film censor.
I regret that I have had to rule out of order the matter raised by Senator Mooney as it advocates legislation.
