I have received notice from Senator Tom Hayes that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to address the very serious situation that has arisen in Tipperary Crystal where redundancy notices have been served on a number of workers and there is serious concern about the future of this company because an investor has not been found.
I regard the matter raised by Senator Hayes as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and it will be taken at the conclusion of business.
