Bill entitled an Act to give effect to the Protocol of 1992 to amend the International Convention on Civil Liability for Oil Pollution Damage, 1969, done at London on the 27th day of November 1992, and the Protocol of 1992 to amend the International Convention on the Establishment of an International Fund for Compensation for Oil Pollution Damage, done at London on the 27th day of November 1992, and for that purpose to amend the Oil Pollution of the Sea (Civil Liability and Compenstion) Act, 1988.
