Mr. T. Fitzgerald: I seek the agreement of the Seanad to adjourn until 2.30 p.m. Unfortunately the Minister taking the Containment of Nuclear Weapons Bill will be delayed in the Dáil until then. I almost received the message before we adjourned for lunch. It is a slight error and I will take the blame, if necessary. I apologise to Senators.
