Yesterday we debated at length the pension reserve fund into which the proceeds from the disposal of State assets will be lodged. I understand the Minister for Finance owns 98% of the shares in ICC Bank. Will the Minister of State indicate if, when the Minister disposes of the State's shares in ICC Bank, the proceeds will be invested in the pension reserve fund?
